Salary is great, comp is great and target really achievable. Downside is SDR management lack any common sense, trust in their team and gives SDR's busy work with no aim of making you productive

Leadership is really terrible. This COULD be a great company, but unfortunately, I think the leaders lack true vision, compassion and excitement. The product does a simplistic version of what customers are looking for, but we're mostly chosen because of our lower-price point vs. competitors. not necessarily our superior technology.

The sales org is well run however the product isn't competitive in the upper mid market or enterprise space. Very few people will hit their targets this year and the company historically hasn't hit their revenue target. My experience has been great, it's a competitive space but OneSignal gets a ton of inbound and there is strong product market fit.
