The sales org is well run however the product isn't competitive in the upper mid market or enterprise space. Very few people will hit their targets this year and the company historically hasn't hit their revenue target. If you're looking for some solid training and your first opportunity to sell into fortune 1000 orgs this could be good for you, just don't expect to make enterprise money. The average deal size is around $35k, and you'll be going through more complex deal cycles to close SMB size deals.

My experience has been great, it's a competitive space but OneSignal gets a ton of inbound and there is strong product market fit.

Leadership is really terrible. This COULD be a great company, but unfortunately, I think the leaders lack true vision, compassion and excitement. The product does a simplistic version of what customers are looking for, but we're mostly chosen because of our lower-price point vs. competitors. not necessarily our superior technology.
