Capped commission as a BDR sucks but typically only 1-2 BDR's are really achieving that and the accelerators are still good for over-attainment.

Since the roll of the new year, things were never really the same. Mandatory RTO, sacrifice culture for numbers, etc. Great product, premium, but preeminent. When the market calms, I'm sure it will get better.
