Decent comp but with little chance of hitting your OTE, much less blowing it out, due to intense competition from Microsoft, churn issues, and other things. RSU refreshes are small. A lot of mediocrity in the sales force and little accountability for poor performance. Many reps need to be managed out. Company would benefit from a wartime CEO who's willing to go at Microsoft hard and stop the security incidents that keep making sales harder. CEO needs to go.
