I have been working here for six years. While you can definitely hit your quota, I would say that the base compensation is way lower than that of competitive roles.

Great product, bad culture... Okta continues to remain competitive in the space by innovating their product + acquiring companies. Overall culture has progressively gotten worse and attrition is a major issue right now.

Great product, horrific senior leadership. Actually, no senior leadership. Just layers of management that work fully in silo and focus mainly on self preservation
