Sales org has never recovered from the Splunk invasion. CEO is checked out. CRO doesn’t sit at the adult table. Company is run by CSM and CFO mgmt. Glory days are long over for sellers.

- Sales Engineering is the Wild West. Complete lack of strong leadership.
