Former Employee Lots of more dominoes to fall still. Senior "leadership" received job title promotions, enabling them to hire more underlings/management below them. Given the awful sales deals they had, growth is still decent hovering around 20% - MAINLY Auth0-Customer Identity. CEO & staff believe there's more potential so they continuously RIF then outsource to India, contractors, & hire people with smaller comp packages which comes with its own issues. DEI still big in this organization and killing orgs. Unless you're absolutely crushing it, how people "feel" about you determines your bonus, your annual evaluations, and when you're getting RIF or pushed out via performance improvement plans which regardless of what HR says, have not witness ONE person survive who was not a woman/DEI/african-american. Management will bold face lie to you, it's CYA. Workforce identity product is stale, the real value has been customer identity. CXOs have slowly pivoted GTM to Cust ID or WF ID base and further into Greenfield vs expansion - foresee more cuts coming. Microsoft killing Okta, other startups/tech nibbling away. Product moves way too slow. Public Sector customers are in for rude awakening when they have to switch to Customer Identity/Auth0 because it's fundamentally better. Browse Other Reviews
