How the mighty have fallen. A classic example of a once great company losing its culture due to poor hiring and internal cronyism. Just another big software company unable to accept its faults and look in the mirror and see what the rest of the staff see - the problems come from the top down. A steady loss of top talent replaced by poor senior leadership has left this company a financial success and cultural wasteland.
