Overall experience has been positive. Had a lot of success my first two years in the commercial segment. More challenges in Enterprise displacing Microsoft, and less team collaboration.

Culture was pretty poor, really amateur and celebrating tiny deals. There was far too many reps for the territory. Nice people though and if you actually made sales the commision structure was pretty aggressive. Some of my colleagues did exceptionally well but most did not hit quota.
