Culture is much improved. Difficult market. Competing against msft is difficult. PAM and IGA are immature for large organizations. Customer and workforce is very mature and best of breed.

The people I worked with at Okta are awesome, but turnover in leadership has created confusion across the orgs. Coupled with bi-annual layoffs and re-orgs at the start of every fiscal, it started to feel a bit too tumultuous for people to feel comfortable.

Great Firm. Will open plenty of doors. AE promotion ladder can get crowded. Will have to consistently hit your targets, network well, and crush the interview.
