Come for the broken platform, stay for the micromanaging. They frequently acquire, so they have a portfolio of patchwork solutions and struggle to effectively compete in the market. Paya VP’s & product owners are downright hostile to sellers. Nobody hits quota. Lots of gaslighting.

The comp plan is a nightmare but is being worked through and there is no real accurate way to see how much net revenue you've brought in.

Promising start, disappointing in practice. No reps are hitting quota or earning commission. Lots of new hires leave within 3-6 months after seeing the company from the inside. I highly recommend reps stay away unless they need a line on their resume as a launching pad.
