Company caps commissions on large deals, happened twice and I lost over $300,000 in caps. The product is quickly becoming more and more irrelevant as companies leverage more public cloud services.

Nutanix was such a great company to work for. Overall, a great leadership team, wonderful culture, the product is spectacular (a little more technical than most SaaS companies to be honest), and a really good incentive structure. I would love to go back to be honest.
