My experience at Notified has been disappointing. Since the day I was employed, things have just gotten worse and worse. There is constant turnover, so get used to knowing your manager for a few months at most. Here are some key points to highlight why I have these feelings: -Unrealistic Quotas: The sales targets set by the company are not only ambitious but downright unattainable. This constant pressure to meet unrealistic quotas creates a stressful work environment and diminishes any sense of accomplishment. -Terrible Professional Development: Professional development opportunities are virtually non-existent. There’s no clear path for growth, and the company offers minimal training or support to help employees advance their careers. This lack of investment in employee development is a major drawback. -Incredibly Cheap: They refuse to cover basic expenses and preach about making the company a "best place to work." However, the company may expense one happy hour per year and won’t even cater an occasional lunch in the office. This penny-pinching approach sends a clear message that the company does not value its employees. Unless significant changes are made to address these issues, I would not recommend this company to potential employees.
