Simply not somewhere you want to dedicate your time as a salesperson. Unattainable quota, with a product losing market share, lead by incompetent individuals. ONE PERSON OUT OF THE 30+ NEW LOGO SELLERS HIT 100% OF QUOTA LAST YEAR. Upper-management is so disconnected from reality and is very bigotry with their communication style. Unsure where these opinions are formed from, as they don't take the time to understand & connect with the ground level sellers. Lastly, if you're looking to start your career here as a BDR... run. The advertise a 8-12 month promotion process, however more than half of the team has been there for over 16 months.

Since summer 2022, executive leadership and sales culture have really tanked. Was such a great place to be for years before then. Once existing Csuite get replaced, there is so much potential.
