Former Employee3.0Sep 5, 2024Overall the people in the sales org are great. Unfortunately the leadership does a very poor job of rewarding loyalty. Quota retention has been difficult for the past 2-3 years with a low percentage of reps hitting quota. Salary/TC increases are very difficult to get approved and most reps go 3-5+ years without receiving any sort of increase in pay structure.
