Horrible experience. Lasted 8 months which was 7 months longer than everyone I was hired with. 100% commission and you sell to family and friends. You ARE just selling insurance from an income perspective for a long time so if you're not good with that I would not take the job.

A great opportunity for those that want to drive & endure volume / quantify at the potential sacrifice of quality. Practices are 100% advisor owned and require a financal dilligence to manage higher operational costs. Recurring revenue streams can be built across a variety of product verticals.

If you don't already have a rich network who is open to buying thousands of dollars of life insurance don't even consider this role. They tell you that if you just sell 100 lives(policies)/year for the first few years you'll eventually get into a richer market, this is not the case.
