Entry Level Job that has minimal training, more of a trial by fire. Company does not have great leadership or transparency for employees, yet boasts how great the culture is. Compensation was ok but lots of unpaid hours due to customers calling in way past normal working hours. Carrier sales representative here, highest earners crafted from dash of skill, mostly luck, tenure, and/or favorites succeed here. I was one of them and had a couple great years, but lacked a feeling of growth after a couple years due to so many reps within the company itself and complicated rules of engagement
