It is not uncommon to see the CEO and CRO and have conversations with them throughout the work day. Entry and mid management is not the best as stress is apparent with the growth. Role is more in-office than hybrid being 4 days a week. There are major changes every month . Some mandatory office days are given with little to no notice which some team members can struggle...Read More
