How many SDRs hit their quota? Want to apply but if that 17% number is true I just can’t

This is true, zero sdrs on my team hit quota last month or the previous month. Average attainment is like 40% with top performers reaching 60-70%

I think this is probably pretty accurate, at least from what I saw over a year ago. Great product market fit, TONS of leads for the SDRs to work, but very high expectations.

That being said, the SDR reps that were hitting quota, were making more than most other SDRs at other orgs.

17% sounds about right. SDRs working revival (former customers/people who have seen demos) and selling into MSPs have much higher attainment, but if you’re selling outbound to internal IT departments good luck lol.

17% seems low but fairly accurate, maybe more like 40%. The attainment is low and they just keep quotas high. Means they pay reps less and still get revenue generated.

Depends on the team- we have some teams that 90% of SDRs hit quota. A few that are newer at 30% of the team. Our AE's 90% are hitting quota monthly and they never prospect they get 40 -50 appointments per month on their calendar so ones you get promoted to AE life is good. Just have 4 SDRs promoted to AE in the last month- we see this happen multiple times per year

This has been modified. SDR quotas are much more achievable as well as laying out a full "leveling" plan to give SDRs more opportunities and visibility into leadership as well as give potential for equity and larger pay
