Bad all around. Do not come here. Only reason to take this job is you are completely desperate at this point. Dysfunctional all around, clueless leadership, no defined career paths, favoritism in promotions, not rewarded for performance. Horribly overworked, lack of support, shady communication, and your internal tools will be the worst you have ever worked with. Its like they were developed to prevent you to sell or retain customers. Half the time they don't even work so you deal with constant escalations.

Nextiva is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER! Literally DRUNK AT THE WHEEL... Don't ever work here unless you have nowhere else to go... and don't get comfortable... they only focus on ways to pay LESS to their employees.
