Nextiva is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER! Literally DRUNK AT THE WHEEL... Don't ever work here unless you have nowhere else to go... and don't get comfortable... they only focus on ways to pay LESS to their employees. NRR comp plan which is for shady companies that want their poor product, poor support and not market fit churn to be your fault... and so they can pay you less.

My overall experience has truly been a nightmare. This place is not only filled with “frat bros” and condescending rude people who look for ways to NOT help you when you need it, but also, the VP completely lied to myself and the entire team I started with saying we would be hybrid employees only Tues and thurs then one month later forcing us back into the office....Read More
