Leadership cares about everyone's individual success and comp plan is really fair and transparent. Most everyone hits their number and the company is fair with those who don't. Pressure can be high it times, but never too heavy handed. Not going anywhere anytime soon!

Dramatically increased quotas by 20% YoY since private equity shop acquired us. Laid off 25% of staff, poorly maintain products and have terrible operational processes.
