Their business model is to hire recent college grads and force them to work log hours and weekends until they burn out. Comp per deal is minimal and the comp has changed to make bonuses harder to attain. They do offer excellent industry training, but there are serious management issues that need to be addressed.

Work them until they are completely burnt out which requiring them to recruits on LinkedIn to find their replacements.
