Back to ReviewsFormer Employee There's potential to earn great money as an insurance agent with NYL, but you have to do a lot of volume in prospecting. You also must have great product knowledge, which they provide in asynchronous online training (at your own pace). Management and trainers could definitely be better teachers in the art of sales. All in all, if you make it out alive of the first 2 years, you should have a great career ahead of you. The first 2 years are just brutal. Browse Other Reviews
