Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I was at Network for Good before it became Bonterra. When Bonterra took over, things changed for the worse. After 4 company-wide layoffs in a year, the team is now widdled down to a few people trying to reach massive goals with little to no leads and support. Managers are trying their best to support their sales reps with little to no support from C-level management. The CEO expects people to work twice as hard to hit their sales goals while being paid substantially less now that they have changed the commission plan. Reps who once made 120-130 will be making 95-110 at the most. I would not recommend working for this company. Browse Other Reviews
