The CEO uses words such a ‘salesly’ and asks staff to be ‘hacky’ (which often means corner cutting or downright dishonesty). He made a whole team redundant with absolutely no notice. Many of the team had been in place for less than 3 months. He also raised targets significantly as soon as the team over achieved once.
