Ship has been rapidly sinking over past year. All deals are forced price increases. Actually selling new products is now impossible due to every customer hating Oracle due to completely unethical and predatory sales tactics.

Mediocre at best. Poor leadership and management, no culture to be heard of (no Christmas party). No expenses or ability to entertain clients. Constant change from management which doesn't make sense.

Struggles with coordination between organization in support of all offerings. Partly, lack of understanding about importance of selling various offerings to wider org. Incentives misaligned between competing demands.
