A great solution that can cater for all customers. Issue is that selling directly from the vendor inhibits ability to tailor the solution to fit customer needs. No salary review or CPI increases unless promoted. Promotion prospects have reduced as org has flattened significantly

My overall experience has been positive. However, there have been some very difficult quarters in my short tenure, not just for me, but for the entire sales org.
