Quota is pretty high here which leads to gamification of just setting meetings instead of building quality leads for the AE's. Promotion process is supposedly based on spots they have open

Great place to start your career, training and development helps in the long run, but base pay structure is significantly lower than most tech companies and opportunity for growth is extremely limited. Solid Inbounds are almost non existent and it’s a 95% hunting role where about ~5% hit quota
