My overall experience has been ok. There is no culture at Oracle apart from 1-2 days a week you go to the office and see people. Targets have been increases even though nobody hit them last year. Commison has gone down as targets have gone up. You can make good money with the commission but it is not easy. Very stressful

Working here is like being back in high school and college with drama, gossiping, and lots of "SuiteCest" (NetSuite Incest). Not a clear promotion pathway anymore.
