Good 'ol boys culture... Stay away. Your ability to keep your position really depends on who you hang out with/drink with after (or sometimes during) work. Hardly any support from management aside from the dreaded weekly forecast call where no matter how much your deal(s) are buttoned up, you will be destroyed mentally by your RVP. They're still trying to focus on SMB/Emerging and it's not working. As others have said, less than 5% of reps make quota as of FY24 and your metrics are highly scrutinized. The pay sucks, quotas/commission plans change often and it is often encouraged to work on weekends/overtime without getting compensated for it fairly. All in all, a great resume booster because it is Oracle, but most reps are PIPed out/leave within 18-24 months.

NetSuite is a market leader and has a great product fit. That said, from a selling experience I’d say that the culture is super old school and feels a bit facetious at times with people trying to notch themselves up the ladder. If you’re looking for the modern vibes, this isn’t the place.
