My overall experience was “ok”. Bad product fit in the market. High price product that’s going up against competitors with same functionality but less price.

My overall experience at Oracle NetSuite has been great. Coming from a Direct BDR role to SMB Account Manager, the transition has been great. Base could be better but OTE is industry standard. BDR to AMO role took 1 and a half years.

You get out what you put into this role. There is excellent resources to learn from and leverage throughout the process. However, the promotional structure is super whack. Political, poorly thought out, poorly executed.

Been at NetSuite for over 3 years. They reward you if you do well but it’s a dog eat dog culture
