Overall, my experience at Oracle was great. I started in the BDR program and they truly believe in promoting from the BDR program. Once promoted you get the opportunity to go into an Account Executive role or Account Management role. I chose the Account Management role and really enjoyed the ramp up into the role. The only downside, like any company, is a lot of your success is determined by your book of business.

Overall experience is that we've been swallowed by Oracle, and as a new business rep we now compete against eachother rather than help eachother. 60-100 reps covering a generic territory vs having specific regions to attack.

Worked at NetSuite on the east coast - products. very stressful, lack of competent leadership. would never work there again, culture is horrible.
