It's been a great experience right out of college, it's exposed me to a whole new world of opportunities. I've met a lot of great people that I will know for the rest of my life. I started as a BDR and was a top performer, carried that success early on into my tenure as a rep. The base is decent, and the commission can be really high, but not many reps hit their number, unfortunately.
