The workplace atmosphere was characterized by a lack of professionalism and a fraternity-like vibe. An unusual culture emerged, leading to a sense of exclusion and division among the employees. When performance metrics were subpar, the pressure to improve was overwhelming. Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and their counterparts were handed out frequently, leaving employees uncertain about their job security. Furthermore, the company repeatedly reduced commissions for (BDRs) due to budget constraints, impacting their earnings negatively.
