Focused sales org. Management is spread thin but ultra focused on closing, the way it should be. Unfortunately if you can’t or don’t sell you won’t be there long. Management micromanages the deals to close by EOM. They want their young associates who are BDR’s to fill experienced sales roles so they can train them up on their sales process and have all the people doing the same thing. If you’ve been in sales for a while it may seem like a step backwards. Inbound leads were promised to account for 33% of your quota. Those don’t exist so be aware because if you aren’t strong in creating your own opps you won’t make it here and you are still responsible for that number. Overall the company has a great reputation and other than making sure to hit your number it is a great working and team environment. Being on the corporate side tenured reps acquire opportunities from the turn over in the sales team and rest assured this is a churn and burn rep role if you aren’t as savvy as the tenured reps.
