Good company in regards of people to work with. Commission is capped as BDR and promotion was extended, so no reward for top performers at BDR level

I enjoyed my overall experience and felt that it was a great organization to start my career. They provided great BDR training and I liked working with their leadership. I do feel that they hired a bit too aggressively during the pandemic, which led to a smaller TAM per segment. Overall a great place to learn how to sell!
