Horrible. Less than 10% of reps hitting quota. Astronomical pressure to meet "monthly" quotas makes it really transactional. It's more about excess discounting to get a deal done than it is value. Micromanagement of KPIs is off the charts. Leaders lead with fear. This is a company of B/C players.

My regional director was an abusive nightmare, otherwise culture is decent. They dress up nice then dirty you up behind closed doors, acting like they're the best to work for. Average. Higher leadership has no control over employees. You can do what ever you want as long as you befriend the right people and pretend to align to their interests.

My overall experience was positive at NetSuite. I think the positives are good culture, good leadership. Lots of room for opportunity to grow and the business is expanding providing lots of people the chance to grow with the business. The ERP market is saturated.
