My overall experience has been great and there has been mainly opportunities for additional gained knowledge. Sales is very competitive and most recently 70% of our leads have to be self prospected by cold outreach leaning into support from our BDR org. 30% of the leads are inbound. Therefore, there is much more pressure on self sourcing leads now more than ever.

The BDR org has gone through many changes in the past two quarters and not for the better. Without getting into the details management has consistently broken promises and moved goalposts.
