The BDR program at this Org is completely broken. There is no clear path to promotion and quota attainment varies widely. Teams are randomly assigned and if you are placed on an upmarket team you have a 10% chance of being promoted. Individuals working inbound/ emerging leads constantly fake SQLs and there is no way to accurately compare individuals to their peers in other markets. If you are luckily assigned to an Inbound/Emerging team and are eventually promoted you will soon realized that 8% of Emerging reps hit their quota.

The best part of this job was the coworkers and culture. Young office environment and plenty of happy hour events. It seemed the company as a whole and upper management was trying to figure things out during my time there.
