But not all SQLs are the same - some are high quality opportunities, some are begging CFOs to have the AE ring their cell, some are meetings that never occurred. All those are the same percent to quota. 30-40 SQLs needed per quarter. Leadership turns a blind eye to wrongdoers because they get paid on fake SQLs as well. Underperformers doing role with integrity are expendable. Company likes to bring in big these big "Class of..." sales cohorts and the plan is to fire the bottom third within 6 months of their start date. Not the right place to go if you want to learn to sell/get ready for the next level. No clear path to promotion - So called "Top performers" still need to wait 2+ years before they can get an interview to be an Emerging AE. Product is great though.
