Leadership is ineffective and heavily biased, fostering a culture of favoritism that stifles growth and morale. Accounts are constantly shuffled without reason, disrupting client relationships and making it nearly impossible to hit targets.
Unrealistic KPIs are set to ensure sales reps fail, providing an easy excuse for terminations. This isn’t just a sales issue—teams across Sales Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Legal, and BDRs share the same frustrations about poor communication, lack of support, and toxic leadership.
