Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at NetApp. The best thing about NetApp are the people who work there. Their technology is fantastic and has some true differentiators that competitors do not have. The worst things
1. constant layoffs which is why I am no longer there. No feeling of job security.
2. Constant changing of account assignments which causes a lot of disruption with customers and unhappiness with reps who lose big deals they have been working on for a long time.
3. OTE often feels like a pipe dream considering quotas are VERY high and always go up every year.
However, with all of that said, had I not been laid off, I would’ve gladly stayed with NetApp as I loved the technology and I loved the people.
