0/10 . I would NOT recommend the Azure Specialist role UNLESS you have deep and solid connections into the Microsoft field sellers you will be supporting. The NetApp "Hybrid" team AKA the Hardware Huggers do not understand or sell cloud. The AI strategy here is a joke. There are FAR better places to work.

A once great company and culture that has been ruined by a bunch of ex microsoft, Cisco, and Dell executives that replaced the original leaders. Empty suited ivory tower sitters who know nothing about the business or the customers.

The company is in a challenging spot in the market with stiff competition and it is very difficult to penetrate net new accounts. But micromanagement is at a minimum, there is a deep reservoir of technical resources, a healthy partner ecosystem, and solid install base. People are treated with respect and quotas are realistic in most cases.
