Back to ReviewsFormer Employee NetApp is a fantastic company to work for. They respect their employees and pay close attention to developing careers. The culture is also top-notch. There was a decent amount of turn over while I was there, and often times that lead to people having to do more work with less resources. This could have been specific to the time frame I was there. The culture also diminished slightly as they got bigger, but still good compared to other companies of similar size. I would work at NetApp again.
