The culture at this company is top notch. The growth is possible but very competitive. There seem to always be SDR positions open and a few AEs hired per year.

It is overall a great place to work but inevitably it is difficult to move up from an SDR position, they are strict about in office work, and there isn't a lot in terms of inbound leads or professional development.
