Biggest con- new sales culture described as "destructive". Direct supervisors of sales teams creating culture of fear and toxicity in the name of "productivity". Great place to work, but know what works best for you based on who your boss would be, the expectations you're held to, how you best work, etc. Comp is great, products solid, will always recommend people check the company out.
