Current Employee1.7Nov 1, 2023Culture is terrible. The base is ok. Inbound leads are basically non-existent. No ramp period to make $. Leadership is heavy on micromanagement and it is openly encouraged. Best accounts are funneled to a select group of 2-3 reps.

Comp plan and leadership is constantly changing even within the same fiscal year. Poor leadership. Team is a revolving door. Strong product, but quickly losing to new players in the same space.

On top of that, the SE manager is super cutthroat and very eager to take credit for his team's work without lifting a finger to help himself.
