Good company overall. High base pay, company vehicle you can use for personal use, credit card for customers, phone. Commission plan is not great, not a big financial incentive for selling new business.

The different divisions offer different experiences. I would stay away from the large deal division (paper/power) and the small deal divisions (institutional).
