Hired midway through Covid, laid off as Marc Benioff simply stated "we hired too many people" loved the work but my manager worked 16 hours a day, sending Slack messages and emails at 11pm and expected immediate responses...nothing I did was good enough...primarily because I wasn't an EXPERT with Google sheets...and did not have my back when trying to manage Sales managements' expectations for Services . Salesforce owns Tableau but did not leverage it's capabilities to manage quarterly forecasting and sales planning resulting in time consuming and error prone forecasting efforts fed by two different reporting systems and CRM instances...
